Sundie’s coaching and speaking is unparalleled. She is a natural-born storyteller whose career has spanned small companies all the way up to Fortune 500 organizations with experiences in talent management, career coaching, consulting, and communications.

She has spoken on countless stages and is consistently rated #1 as the most requested keynote speaker. Sundie is a Certified Group Facilitator with ability to train groups on communication, career growth, leadership development, and company culture. She enjoys facilitating corporate coaching and has advised over 10,000 clients in her career – including A-list celebrities and executives from major Fortune 500 companies.

With a warm and compassionate leadership, Sundie influences and inspires all of the Greenhouse coaches she oversees. When she’s not coaching and leading the Greenhouse Coaches, you can find her chatting on Greenhouse’s podcast Career Sweetspot, practicing stand-up comedy, and spending time with her family on her perfect screened-in porch.

  • Your voice is the one with which you’re most familiar; however, not everyone communicates using the same approach as you. Sundie will help you raise your awareness of the communication styles of not only yourself, but also the clients you serve – teaching you how to lean into what they need from you to be successful.

How can you identify others’ communication styles better? How can you make small changes to increase the productivity of your client interactions? How do you make your clients feel heard and valued?

During this session, Sundie will explore different communication styles, introducing you to a simple and memorable 4-quadrant, 4-color model to help you better understand your personal style and strengths while being sensitive to your clients’ needs.

    Learning Objectives:

    • Unpack where perception comes from and how it shapes the way we communicate with others.

    • Recognize and learn the difference between how we switch from communicating using our subconscious (we don’t have to think about it) vs. our conscious (intentionally thinking about it) – and why it’s important.

    • Understand how to be yourself “with a twist” to authentically connect better with your clients.

    • Integrate the 4 communication color energies for yourself and in others, recognizing what that looks like on a good day and on a bad day from the perspective of others.

    • Walk away with a tangible strategy to identify the communication style in your clients and what you should do with that knowledge to communicate more effectively.
